Should it be solid at room temperature?

To use solidified neem oil, you can gently warm it by placing the container in a warm water bath or in a warmer room. Avoid using direct heat sources, as excessive heat can degrade the oil's beneficial properties.

Is Neem Oil Supposed to Smell Bad?

Neem oil does naturally have a bad smell. It should have a slight garlic/ sulfur smell. This is normal and should be an indicator that it's fresh and ready to be used.
