We are proud to offer free shipping on most of our items for a limited time.

We strive to provide the most economical shipping methods for our customers. A lot of our products are large and heavy, so they can be a bit pricey to ship.

  • We primarily ship through FedEx and USPS. If you need to use another shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the items as well as the shipping zone where it is going. Additionally, there may be extended area surcharges for rural areas.
  • At this time, we only offer free shipping to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). If you need to place an order if you live elsewhere, please contact us.
  • Shipping is assessed using the same method employed by FedEx, based on weight and zone.
  • For freight shipping, we use live calculated shipping rates pulled from our shipping partners and present you with the cheapest options available. 
  • We offer local pick-up in Ashland, OR.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders where all items are in-stock typically ship within 1–2 business days, but turnaround time does vary by season. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Non-Combinable Items

Individual items that are boxed in their package or that are too large, heavy, or long to be boxed with other items. The shipping cost for non-combinable items is calculated for each box and will automatically be reflected in your shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

All orders shipping via FedEx or USPS will be provided with tracking information via an email to the email address provided on the order on the day the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you think your shipment is lost or if your shipment arrives damaged. If your item was shipped via one of our partnered freight carriers you will receive a tracking PRO number and a link via the carrier tracking page. Again, please contact us immediately if you think your shipment is lost or if your shipment arrives damaged.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, open the package immediately and inspect the contents. Notify us immediately of any shortages or damage, and do not discard any damaged items or shipping cartons. The shipping company may require an inspection before approving any claim.

For freight orders, do not sign for the shipment until you have confirmed the shipment is complete and has no apparent and/or concealed damage. If there is a shortage or damage it must be noted on the proof of delivery, or we cannot accept responsibility.

Fulfillment

We use a few different fulfillment services to ensure our customers get their package as quickly as possible at the best price. They have several warehouses spread across the United States. Due to this, your order may ship in multiple boxes that may not arrive at the same time. This is because these fulfillment services have warehouses all across the country and attempt to get you your products as fast as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
